Shipping policy
Ready to ship items are sent out in 7-10 business days. Customs times vary and I will discuss it directly with you.
Delays Due to Covid-19:
Unfortunately, when a package leaves my hands, it is in the care of the postal service which is experiencing significant delays. Tracking is provided with each order and you may also call your local post office for further assistance. Information regarding delays can be found on the USPS and UPS websites.
Damages and Loss:
While every package I send out is lovingly hand-packed, and I personally make sure each package is securely wrapped, I am not responsible for damages and loss during transit. Claiming losses are the responsibility of the buyer and most packages are insured for more than their $ amount.
International Shipping:
I am not responsible for any duties and taxes you may need to pay.
Due to the overwhelming delays in international shipping, international shipping is disabled on most listings. If you’d like to purchase an item AND you are okay with possible transit delays, please send me a message and I will create an international listing for you.
Reshipment
In the event that your item was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again. Please always make sure you are using the correct address to prevent delays.
I don't accept cancellations on shipped items. So please make sure you have read all the details in your listing. Please feel free to email me any questions before you order.
There are no refunds on commission/custom orders.
