Return Policy

Please note that each item on my page is all personally made by hand. I take care in each stage of my process to give you a refined finished product that I am proud of and would use myself. Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, there may be small blemishes or air bubbles that do not affect the overall aesthetic or function of the piece.

All sales are final, however, considerations will be made on a case by case basis. 

 Exchange Details:

If ever you receive a damaged item, I shall resend another one, simply send me a picture. If ever you are not satisfied with your purchase and want to exchange, please mail back the original. I gladly accept exchanges if you contact me within 7 days of delivery. However, the buyer will have to pay return shipping and any customs fees.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

No Return or Exchanges on personalized, customized commission pieces.

I am not responsible for any damages or loss during shipping. Any damages, loss, or delays are on the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS). The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier for any inquiries about shipping delays or delivery.
